Job summary

Oakmont Management Group, based in Irvine, California, operates Ivy Living communities including Ivy Park at Wood Ranch. The Care Provider is a part-time position working 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM on Sundays through Tuesdays to assist residents with daily living and support their independence.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with ADLs, responding to needs, reporting changes to a supervisor, maintaining safety, and fostering teamwork with staff across departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Ability to interact effectively with staff, physicians, residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs as per care plans.
• Respond promptly to residents’ needs while preserving dignity and confidentiality.
• Report observed changes in resident condition to a supervisor.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Promote teamwork through cooperative interactions with staff and other departments.
