Oakmont Management Group’s Ivy Park at Wood Ranch in Simi Valley is hiring a Care Provider for a part-time overnight shift (Wednesday–Saturday, 10:00 PM–6:00 AM). The role focuses on personal assistance and daily care to enhance residents’ independence and quality of life within a premier senior living community.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and meet their needs.
• Written and verbal communication with staff, physicians, residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) as per care plan (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, continence).
• Respond promptly to residents’ needs while preserving dignity, safety and confidentiality.
• Report any change in resident condition to supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork and cooperation with coworkers and other departments.
