Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not necessary; we will train the right candidate.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Written and verbal skills to interact with employees, supervisors, physicians and residents.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests including TB.
• Vaccination and PPE requirements may apply for safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living per the care plan (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, continence).
• Respond to residents' needs promptly while maintaining dignity and safety.
• Notify supervisor of any change in resident condition immediately.
• Maintain a safe environment following established safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
