Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving in Carmel Valley, CA seeks a compassionate caregiver to provide high-quality, personalized care for a client while supporting daily activities and meal prep. Schedule is Monday–Thursday 3:30pm–6:30pm with occasional Sundays, and duties include safe transfers, personal care, vegetarian meal prep, and light housekeeping.

Required or preferred CNAs/HHA credentials, registration as a Home Care Aide, and health TB screening within 7–90 days.

Qualifications

• Strong bedside manner and patient-centered care.
• Ability to assist with transfers and daily activities with dignity.
• Able to follow care plans and instructions from family.
• Willingness to obtain or maintain required registrations.

Responsibilities

• Safe transfers: assist client to/from wheelchair.
• Personal care: shower and bathroom support with respect.
• Meal preparation: vegetarian meals per client instructions.
• Light housekeeping and laundry as needed.
