Responsibilities

• Teach assigned esthiology classes under guidance of Education Coach and Program Team Lead.
• Educate students on skincare theory, treatments, and professional practices.
• Create an engaging, inclusive classroom environment.
• Demonstrate sanitation, safety, and infection-control practices.
• Monitor student sanitation and safety standards throughout the day.
• Provide timely, meaningful feedback on student work.
• Stay current with esthetics trends and industry standards.
• Maintain professional classroom environment and ethics.
