Job summary

Community Coordinated Care for Children, Inc. (4C) is seeking a Part-time ESOL Instructor in Orlando to teach English as a second language to families, using an approved curriculum. The role includes outreach, data tracking, and collaboration with the agency to support family self-sufficiency.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in English, Social Work, or related field and ESOL teaching experience. Fluent Creole/Spanish is preferred; TESOL certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; ESOL teaching experience preferred.
• Fluency in Creole or Spanish preferred; TESOL certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide ESOL instruction using an approved curriculum.
• Engage families and perform community outreach to support self-sufficiency.
• Maintain accurate records and submit quarterly reports.
