Great Hearts Lakeside Lower School in Fort Worth, TX is hiring a Part-Time ESL Teaching Assistant to support the ESL Coordinator and ESL Teacher in meeting the needs of emergent bilingual students. You will help implement ESL lesson plans and assist with ELAR instruction in the ESL classroom.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (required).
• Experience with K-12 students preferred.
• Interest in working with emergent bilingual students.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the ESL Coordinator and ESL Teacher in implementing lesson plans for emergent bilinguals.
• Prepare materials for daily small group ELAR lessons with emergent bilinguals.
• Provide individualized accommodations as directed for emergent bilingual students.
• Plan annual and reclassification assessments for emergent bilingual students.
• All teaching and support will take place in the ESL classroom only.
