Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a registered nurse to provide direct patient care in a fast-paced emergency department, delivering assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation in alignment with nursing standards.

You will educate patients and families, administer medications, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance, contributing to high-quality outcomes in a Level I Trauma facility.

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree in Nursing and RN licensure.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with at least 2 years of experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment, demonstrating alertness and safety consciousness.

Responsibilities

• Promote a healing environment through patient and family education.
• Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients' families.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural considerations.
• Maintain safety and comply with regulatory standards, demonstrating alertness and safe practices at all times.
