Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking an experienced registered nurse for emergency department roles. You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, implement protocols, document care, and respond to emergencies in collaboration with the healthcare team.

The role requires a graduate of an accredited nursing program, an active RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and NIH Stroke Scale training within 6 months; TNCC preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• RN license required; BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• NIH Stroke Scale training within 6 months; TNCC preferred.
• Experience in ED or internship in ED.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive multi-system assessments and discharge assessments.
• Develop individualized care and teaching plans; coordinate care and discharge activities.
• Initiate protocols for medical and surgical management; administer medications; respond to emergencies.
• Evaluate care effectiveness and participate in quality assurance activities.
