Job summary

Trinity Health in Fresno, CA seeks a part-time Emergency Department Registered Nurse for night shifts (12 hours).

You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care, supervise staff, and uphold the ED's standards of care while collaborating with the Practice Coordinator. California RN license, ACLS, PALS and BLS/CPR are required, with 1 year in ED/telemetry/critical care preferred.

Qualifications

• Active California RN license required.
• ACLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Minimum 1 year in emergency, telemetry or critical care.
• AHA CPR certification required.
• PALS certification required within six months of hire.
• Behavioral health/aggressive care training within 3 months and annually.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for each patient.
• Supervise, coordinate and guide nursing staff activities.
• Implement ED philosophy, goals and standards of care.
