U.S. Bank is seeking a Part-Time Commercial Banking Client Representative to join the Equipment Finance Client Support team. You will assist with client requests, invoice distribution, administrative duties, and customer service for commercial clients.

The role offers a flexible schedule and a collaborative environment designed for learning and growth. Schedule is Monday–Friday 7am–5pm CST, located at U.S. Bank in Marshall, with three on-site days per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of experience in financial services preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with professional email etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Support commercial clients and customers through administrative and operational activities.
• Download, organize, and distribute invoices to customers.
• Respond to routine client inquiries and support requests.
• Assist with invoice-related research and documentation.
• Navigate multiple systems to retrieve information and complete requests.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Partner with team members to ensure timely client support.
• Assist with additional administrative tasks as business needs evolve.
• Contribute to a positive client experience through professionalism, accuracy, and responsiveness.
