Job summary

Arcwood Environmental is seeking a Part-Time Healthcare Environmental Technician to manage a Product Collection Program on customer sites. A personal vehicle is required for between-site travel with mileage reimbursement. Hours vary from 10–20 hours per week.

The role emphasizes safety, client inspections, and data reporting via a mobile app. Prior customer service experience and a valid driver’s license are required to operate across locations. Training provided by Arcwood.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all times.
• Provides inspection services to clients, including collection bin inspections, data collection via mobile app, packaging of full containers for shipment and conducting other various facility inspections.
• Prepares weekly submission of reports via mobile app detailing activities and works with the client to achieve program efficiencies.
• Completes project billing and cost tracking operations as needed.
• Maintains inventory of supplies to conduct inspections.
• Receives and maintains credentials to provide service at the client locations.
• Completes all necessary training as provided by Arcwood.
• Responds as needed to provide assistance to customers during off hours.
• Takes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization.
