Job summary

Chris Crain Enterprises is seeking a Part Time Environmental Services Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation within a facility by performing tasks like sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, disinfecting surfaces, emptying trash bins and replenishing supplies.

Responsibilities include general cleaning, bathroom sanitation, waste management, infection control, equipment maintenance, and reporting issues.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Environmental maintenance
• Attention to detail
• Stamina to preform repetitive tasks
• Ability to follow instructions and cleaning protocols
• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their proper use.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• General Cleaning: Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors, dusting, wiping surfaces, cleaning windows.
• Bathroom sanitation: Cleaning toilets, sinks, urinals, mirrors, replenishing soap and paper towels.
• Waste Management: Emptying trash cans and disposing waste properly.
• Infection Control: Following disinfection protocols to prevent the spread of germs.
• Equipment maintenance: Operating and maintaining cleaning equipment like floor scrubbers and vacuums.
• Reporting issues: Identifying and reporting maintenance needs or hazards.
