ecomaids Corporate (Thoughts Are Things Franchising, LLC) is seeking a Part-time Cleaning Technician. This entry-level role emphasizes teamwork and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction, with on-site work across multiple small to mid-size cleaning jobs.

The schedule offers 8 am–5 pm, Monday–Friday, with 20–25 hours weekly and potential for more hours. Training is provided, including ISSA-certified instruction, and company vehicles are provided with fuel and insurance covered.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 35 lbs and perform active cleaning up to 3–4 hours a day.
• We perform background checks on all employees.
• Lead positions require a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Participate in team-based cleaning across multiple jobs per day (1–3 jobs).
• Load vehicles, transport supplies, and restock at the office.
• Deliver high-quality cleaning and customer satisfaction on each job.
• Return to office after final job and prep for next day.

We're seeking a Part-time Cleaning Technician team member who thrives on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction, excels in teamwork, and takes pride in their work.

This opportunity is perfect for those with service experience seeking entry-level positions where no prior experience is necessary.

A day in the life:

We meet at our office for a quick team tag-up, then load the vehicles and head to our first job. Working in teams no less than 2, we will have between 1-3 jobs scheduled for a day with a variability for very small or large jobs. After the final job, we head back to the office, spend about 10 minutes restocking and preparing for the next day, then we go home.

AVAILABLE PART-TIME SHIFTS:

• 8 am - 5pm Monday to Friday Part Time Schedules

Requirements:

• Transportation Experience: If you've logged miles as a driver for Uber, Lyft, or other delivery services like Ubereats, DoorDash, or Postmates, emphasizing the importance of a clean driving record.
• Service Industry Enthusiast: If you have a background in the service industry, whether as a bartender, server, barista, retail cashier, or similar roles.
• Previous Cleaning or Maintenance Experience: If you've worked as a custodian, commercial cleaning technician, janitor, in housekeeping, residential house cleaning, warehousing, or assembly, and thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
