Part-Time Environmental Services Associate (Housekeeping)

Join our team at UPMC Passavant as a Part-Time Environmental Services Associate at our McCandless location. This role involves working rotating weekends and holidays. Salary and title will be based on education and experience.

Location: Just north of downtown Pittsburgh, off McKnight Blvd, approximately 10 minutes from Ross Park Mall.

Responsibilities:

• Make beds and follow established cleaning procedures in patient discharge rooms and on-call rooms.
• Inspect and ensure all areas are clean and in good repair; report issues to supervisor.
• Replenish supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.
• Clean assigned areas including patient rooms, public areas, toilets, procedure rooms, offices, and equipment.
• Maintain cleaning equipment in good condition; report problems.
• Remove trash from all areas.
• Follow safety and sanitation regulations.
• Move equipment, furniture, and perform tasks like washing walls and spot cleaning carpets as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
