Qualifications

• One (1) year of related work experience.
• Licensing through the State of Utah as an Environmental Health Scientist is required.

Responsabilités

• Independently conducts inspections of retail food establishments and mobile food businesses to evaluate compliance with food safety laws.
• Provides education and technical assistance to food establishment operators.
• Documents inspection findings and works with operators to correct food safety concerns.
• May assist with complaint investigations, temporary food events, and other Food Protection Bureau activities.
