Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Security Officer Entrance Control in Greensboro, NC. You will help manage entry points, verify access, monitor activity, and document security-related information using tablet technology. The role emphasizes customer service and adherence to site procedures.

Formación

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor entry and exit points at a logistics and distribution location, verify authorized access, and maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and vehicle records.
• Inspect employee, visitor, and delivery credentials as required, direct individuals to appropriate areas, and report access irregularities according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting observations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
