• Chair monthly clinical meetings with ENT doctors and represent ENT at management meetings.
• Develop innovative, evidence-based ways of working, including use of technology and AI.
• Oversee recruitment processes and develop a workforce plan.
• Supervise clinicians and provide management support and performance review.
• Coordinate and deliver ENT audit plans and quality assurance activities.
• Investigate complaints, incidents and significant events per Omnes Healthcare procedures.
• Build relationships with NHS commissioners and attend contract review meetings.
