Job summary

Concorde Education partners with schools and community organizations to provide engaging enrichment programs for students across elementary to high school. We seek enthusiastic instructors from diverse backgrounds to lead hands-on sessions in STEM, arts, sports, coding, and more. These are part-time, independent contractor opportunities.

Qualifications

Candidates should bring relevant subject knowledge and experience working with youth.
Experience teaching, coaching, tutoring, mentoring, instructing, or leading youth programs is preferred.
Strong communication, leadership, organization, and classroom management skills are required.

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging, age-appropriate instruction.
Prepare for sessions using provided curriculum or approved lesson plans.
Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed learning environment.
Encourage student participation and adapt instruction to different ages and levels.
Maintain appropriate student supervision and follow site procedures.
Communicate professionally with school staff and Concorde Education about attendance and needs.
Arrive prepared and on time for scheduled sessions.
