Job summary

Qualifications

• At least three years of combined law enforcement, military, or security experience, or a college degree.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background investigation and drug screen as required by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking areas, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and contractor activity, reporting unusual conditions or security-related concerns.
• Complete required incident reports, daily activity logs, and other documentation accurately and promptly.
