Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of security‑related experience.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles where applicable.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check conducted per federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property personnel by following site policies and security procedures, including emergency response when needed.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner and follow reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior/exterior areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor activity; report anomalies or maintenance needs.
• Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports and patrol documentation as required.
