Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Patrol CPR Response in Arlington, VA. This position offers fixed anchor shifts with a six-month commitment and a program to pick up extra shifts to increase earnings.

Pay rate is $21.75 per hour with day-time schedule and opportunities to scale up to 40 hours per week. The role focuses on standard security duties, access control, and emergency response in a corporate technology environment.

Qualifications

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a corporate technology location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical events, and other critical situations.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior spaces, exterior grounds, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, maintain logs and incident documentation.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership regarding observations and incidents.
