Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Alarm Panel Patrol in Arlington, VA to provide reliable, scheduled hours and opportunities to pick up additional shifts. The role offers a pay rate of $21.75 per hour and a fixed shift with a pathway to expand hours through our scheduling platform.

This position emphasizes customer service, access control, and alert response within a corporate campus setting.

Qualifications

• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving roles only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a corporate campus.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of offices, parking facilities, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with entry procedures, and report conditions.
• Maintain a visible professional presence and communicate with diverse staff and guests.
