Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Experience with access control and badge systems preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required by law.
• Valid driver’s license only for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers at a financial institution by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations calmly and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, banking areas, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor and employee activity, reporting unusual conditions.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and daily activity logs with professionalism.
