Qualifications

• Earned master's degree in English or a closely related field with a minimum of 18 graduate hours in the teaching discipline.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses for undergraduate and/or graduate students as assigned.
• Develop course syllabi, select instructional materials, and design assessments.
• Assess student performance and provide timely feedback to inform teaching practices.
• Engage students in active learning and provide office hours and mentoring.
• Adhere to university policies, academic integrity standards, and accreditation requirements.
• Incorporate innovative teaching methods and technologies to enhance learning.
• Responsibilities may include on-campus, online, or hybrid instruction.
