Job summary

Berlitz USA is seeking a Part-time English Instructor to deliver language lessons in person. The role supports students at the Learning Center, offsite locations, or via virtual formats, under the direction of the Service Delivery Manager and Academic Specialist.

The ideal candidate holds a four-year degree, is fluent in the taught language, and demonstrates strong communication skills. Availability during the day and willingness to work flexible hours are required.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the US.
• Four-year college/university degree or equivalent.
• Fluent in language(s) to teach.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexible in working hours.
• Able to take initiative and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lessons in accordance with Berlitz principles.
• Conduct level assessments and needs analyses.
• Teach in person at Learning Center or offsite locations or virtually.
• Meet with Academic Specialist to evaluate lessons and coaching plans.
• Complete training modules and maintain records.
• Integrate learning technology and manage materials.
• Perform duties as assigned by supervisors.
