Job summary

Grand Canyon University—The College of Engineering and Technology invites qualified candidates to join as adjunct faculty for part‑time, face‑to‑face instruction at our Phoenix campus.

We seek educators who mentor students, engage with the university community, and uphold GCU’s Doctrinal and Ethical statements within a Christ‑centered environment. Applicants should have a engineering/tech background and strong communication skills to guide learners in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Engineering or Technology discipline required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with students.
• Proficiency in English grammar and APA formatting.

Responsibilities

• Support program instruction using current technologies and industry practices.
• Ensure alignment with accreditation requirements and university standards.
• Be available to work on GCU’s Main Campus at least two days per week.
• Contribute to the university community through active participation and alignment with its mission and values.
• Model GCU’s Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement, and mission.
