Job summary

Surgery Partners Brand is seeking a perioperative nurse to direct and provide care for endoscopy patients. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care, preparing patients, assisting physicians, and ensuring sterile equipment and adequate supplies in the procedure rooms.

Responsibilities span before, during, and after endoscopic procedures, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care and efficient workflow in a busy setting.

Qualifications

• BSN degree required.
• Active RN licensure in the state of Utah.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Experience with endoscopy perioperative care preferred.
• High school diploma or higher noted in education section.

Responsibilities

• Directs and/or provides professional perioperative nursing care for endoscopy patients.
• Utilize nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Prepare patients, assist physicians, sterilize instruments and ensure supplies.
• Deliver patient care before, during and after endoscopic procedures.
