Job summary

Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital, part of Mass General Brigham, seeks an Endoscopy Nurse for three 10-hour shifts per week. The RN will coordinate pre-, intra-, and post-procedure care, provide IV conscious sedation, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve patient outcomes.

The role requires a BSN, MA RN licensure, and BLS/ACLS certification, with preference for gastroenterology and ambulatory care experience. Onsite work with a Magnet-designated hospital.

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• Massachusetts RN licensure.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Gastroenterology nursing experience strongly preferred.
• Procedural/ambulatory nursing experience strongly preferred.
• Critical care experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide all aspects of nursing care related to endoscopy, before, during, and after procedures.
• Care for patients in the procedure rooms and provide IV conscious sedation.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to achieve defined patient outcomes.
• Ensure practice of Patient and Family Centered Care Model.
• Demonstrate initiative, knowledge, and clinical skills for patients with complex needs.
