Job summary

ATvantage LLC is seeking a reliable EMT to join our Event Coverage Core Team in CA for part-time on-site coverage at local athletic and event venues. This role offers predictable scheduling, competitive pay, and a supportive leadership network that values EMS expertise.

You will provide high-quality on-site emergency medical coverage, triage, and first aid, while maintaining documentation and kit readiness. Requires 3+ years EMT event experience, current EMT, and CPR/BLS certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years EMT event experience.
• Current EMT Certification (NREMT and/or PA EMT State Certification).
• Current CPR/BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.
• Mandated Reporter training within the last 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site emergency medical coverage during local events.
• Respond rapidly to medical incidents and ensure patient safety.
• Perform initial triage and deliver care within EMT scope.
• Document care and incidents accurately and confidentially.
• Maintain and inventory event medical kits and supplies.
• Serve as a calm medical presence for athletes, participants, staff and spectators.
