Job summary

Hebrew SeniorLife in Dedham, MA is seeking an EMT Dispatcher for part-time security operations. The role covers Sunday day shift (6:30am–3pm) and Friday swing shift (2:30pm–11pm) with opportunities to pick up additional hours across Security, Transportation, and Member Services.

The position requires EMT certification, calm decision-making, and strong communication to serve an older adult community with dignity and care.

Qualifications

• EMT certified with strong interpersonal judgment and service orientation.
• Proficient with computer-aided dispatch systems and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Receive emergency calls and gather essential information.
• Dispatch responders using CAD systems and allocate resources.
• Coordinate multiple calls while updating EMS personnel in real time.
• Maintain accurate records and collaborate with other emergency services.
