Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time in Jackson, MI. This role offers fixed, anchor shifts with an option to pick up additional shifts to increase earnings, and a pay rate of $21.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include access control, patrols, incident documentation, and world-class customer service at an industrial site. Applicants must have EMT certification, with CPR/First Aid and badge experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures.
• Conduct unarmed patrols of buildings, production areas, and the facility perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor/contractor authorization, and document incidents.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at an industrial manufacturing location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, production areas, parking areas, entry points, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate access-control and incident documentation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and escalation protocols.
• Report observed property damage, equipment concerns, suspicious activity, and policy violations to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
