Job summary

American Medical Response (AMR) in Macomb, IL is hiring an EMT part-time to assess patients, initiate care, document treatments, and ensure a safe patient environment in the field.

The position requires a State EMT license (BLS/NREMT), a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a physical agility test. Healthcare experience is preferred, and the role involves collaboration with public safety and healthcare teams.

• EMTs operate an ambulance in conjunction with applicable company safety policies and traffic laws related to the operation of emergency medical response vehicles.
• Work collaboratively and in a professional manner with all allied health and public safety personnel as well as your fellow EMTs.
• Participate in community programs to maintain AMR image and establish strong community relations.
