Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum two years of experience.
• Must have AEMT license and Utah OEMSP EMT instructor certification; must hold OEMSP Course Coordinator Certification.
• Must be nationally certified as an EMT.
• Must hold American Heart Association BLS and First Aid certifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite; Canvas experience and curriculum development a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create, prepare, and deliver educational content appropriate to the local EMS system providers.
• Gain a basic knowledge of quality assurance processes and solution implementation.
• Develop protocols, research procedures, and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with program oversight and coordination.
• Mentor students and provide regular feedback and success planning.
• Keep curriculum current and aligned with industry expectations.
• Collaborate with instructors, admins, and industry leaders to ensure quality learning.
