Job summary

Health Care Administrators Association (HCAA) seeks an Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) to provide critical, compassionate care in a fast-paced, high-acuity ED serving diverse patient populations in Winston-Salem, NC.

Responsibilities include rapid assessment, sound clinical judgment, and delivering comprehensive emergency care to patients of all ages; requires active NC RN license and BSN or nursing school graduation.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the appropriate state (North Carolina).
• Bachelor’s degree or graduation from an accredited nursing program; a refresher course if license inactive for 5+ years.
• 1 year of relevant ED experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform rapid patient assessments in the ED and prioritize care.
• Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care to patients of all ages.
• Collaborate with the care team to manage high-acuity cases.
