Qualifications

• Successful preschool or public school teaching experience.

• Evidence of ability to successfully teach diverse student populations.
• Excellent oral, written, interpersonal communication skills.
• Commitment to inclusive teaching practices and working with diverse student populations.
• Successful interview.
• Successful teaching demonstration for class teaching assignments
• Successful completion of three background checks.
• PhD or ABD in Elementary Education or related specialized discipline (preferred).
• Supervisory or Administrative experience in public school settings (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Teaching coursework and/or supervising student teachers.
• Participating in the department pool of qualified faculty and Interviewing when needed.
