Job summary

Brightmont Academy is seeking a Part-Time Elementary Teacher to deliver one-to-one instruction in Tempe. You will teach grade-level content with a flexible schedule and no required lesson planning or outside work, enabling you to focus on individual student progress.

The role offers pay of $20-$23 per hour and emphasizes a nurturing, student-centered learning approach. Since 1999, Brightmont Academy has supported grades 1-12 through personalized instruction across 26 campuses in 11 states,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a subject area (English, Social Studies, History, Government, Economics)
• Patience and empathy to support diverse learners
• Heart for teaching and genuine passion for sharing knowledge
• Proficiency with G-Suite and LMS (Learning Management Software)
• Willingness to provide fingerprints (AZ, WA) and pass a federal background check

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in your subject area (English, Social Studies, History, Government, Economics-anything that fuels your passion!).

• A teaching certification - nice to have, but not required!
