Job summary

Soliant Health in Colorado is seeking a licensed Social Worker to support elementary students’ social-emotional development. This contract position is part-time, offering 20 hours per week starting as soon as possible through late May 2027, with a focus on collaborative care within a school setting.

You will work with teachers, counselors, and families, deliver direct services, participate in student support planning, and assist with crisis response and referrals.

Qualifications

• Valid licensure as a Social Worker.
• Experience in elementary or school settings strongly preferred.
• Strong communication skills, able to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and school staff.
• Experience in needs assessment, crisis intervention, and individualized student support planning.
• Commitment to fostering inclusive, supportive, and responsive school environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver social work services directly to elementary students to support their social-emotional growth and academic success.
• Collaborate with educators, counselors, and administration to develop, implement, and monitor student support plans.
• Serve as a resource for students, families, and staff, providing strategies and interventions that promote well-being.
• Document services and patient progress in accordance with school procedures and compliance requirements.
• Assist in crisis response and provide referrals to community agencies as appropriate.
