San Juan Unified School District seeks an Elementary Instructional Assistant for Calendar 18A (9 months, 206 days). Location: Greer. Work day is 6 hours, Monday–Friday 7:45 AM–2:10 PM. Salary range $18.58–$24.47/hr; Part-time, permanent position.

Qualifications include CBEST, 2 years of college and/or an AA degree, and ability to obtain a CA Class C license within 30 days if required. Applications must include required documents.

Qualifications

• Experience with Resource, Learning Handicap or Communicatively Handicap programs.
• Possession or ability to obtain a CA Class C Driver License within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Run small groups and assist students in large groups in Special Day Class or General Education settings.
• Support the teacher's needs and classroom activities.
