Job summary

ActionLink is hiring a Part-Time Display Installer in Rochester, MN. You will visit major retail locations to set up and maintain promotional displays, following diagrams and instructions with attention to detail.

The role is part-time, with up to 15 hours per week, Monday-Thursday 8:00am–6:00pm, no weekends. Compensation starts at $18.00/hour, with higher rates for technical projects, plus benefits and paid training.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, 3PL, or retail environments is highly desirable.
• Ability to follow display diagrams and written instructions precisely.
• Comfort with independent field work and basic tech/tools.

Responsibilities

• Store visits to set up and maintain promotional displays across an assigned territory.
• Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of displays.
• Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit.
