Job summary

ActionLink is seeking a Part Time Retail Display Installer and Merchandiser to service Newark, DE and surrounding areas. You will visit major stores to install, maintain, and troubleshoot promotional displays, following diagram instructions and ensuring correct placement.

This role offers up to 25 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm. Perks include paid training, a bi-weekly pay cycle, and opportunities for more hours as coverage expands.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising or retail is desirable.
• Ability to follow complex display diagrams and written instructions.
• Able to work independently and with a small team.
• Must have access to a personal vehicle and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Visit stores across the assigned Newark, DE territory to set up, restyle, and maintain promotional displays.
• Ensure displays are correctly placed, assembled, and functioning; troubleshoot when needed.
• Submit same-day digital surveys with photos and feedback for each visit.
