Job summary

Acosta Sales & Marketing seeks a Part-Time Retail Display Installer in Odessa, TX to support electronics displays for major brands. You will visit stores within a defined territory, assemble and maintain promotional displays, and troubleshoot as needed.

The role is part-time, up to 20 hours weekly, Monday through Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm, with potential for more hours on larger regions. The position offers paid training, brokered pay via bi-weekly W-2, 401(k) with company match, travel

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable.
• Handle all levels of merchandising work within assigned territory.
• Follow complex written instructions and display diagrams.
• Independence and teamwork: work independently and with a small team as needed.
• Technology readiness: internet, Wi-Fi/GPS device, and basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Visit major retail stores within the assigned territory to complete displays.
• Assemble, place, and maintain promotional product displays.
• Troubleshoot and ensure proper placement of displays.
• Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit.
• Report hours and regions covered to project lead.
