Job summary

ActionLink is hiring a Part-Time Display Installer to service Odessa, TX and surrounding area. You will visit major retail stores to install, assemble, maintain and troubleshoot promotional displays, ensuring correct placement and standards are met.

This role offers up to 20 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm. W2 employment with bi-weekly pay, 401(k) with company match, travel reimbursement, paid training, and PTO as you work across stores.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, 3PL, or retail is highly desirable
• Able to travel within assigned territory with valid driver's license
• Tech-ready with internet access and GPS-enabled device
• Able to stand, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in stores

Responsibilities

• Visit major retail stores within assigned territory to install and troubleshoot displays
• Ensure correct placement and assembly of promotional displays
• Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and photos for each visit
• Work independently with occasional team collaboration as needed
• Maintain attention to detail and follow display diagrams
