Job summary

Spectrum Control is seeking a detail-oriented, part-time assembler to join our on-site manufacturing team, helping build precision electronic and electromechanical components. This hands-on role emphasizes accuracy, adherence to procedures, and quality in a fast-paced setting.

You will interpret drawings, use basic measurement tools, solder small components, and use a hot plate and a microscope to ensure product conformance. A high school diploma and 0–2 years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow drawings and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Follow assembly procedures and work instructions.
• Use basic measurement tools and hand tools.
• Assemble and test basic products to meet specs.
• Handle small components with care to ensure repeatability.
• Meet production timelines and maintain organized, safe workspace.
• Support continuous improvement efforts.
