Responsibilities

• Directs the preparation of ballots for elections and supervises distribution of district polling books and election materials.
• Oversees the counting or recounting of votes and certifies results.
• Plans and directs registration of voters within the County; maintains updated registration records.
• Prepares required election reports and records for the state.
• Provides information to candidates and the public regarding general election procedures.
• Performs related work as required.
