Qualifications

• Experience developing self-paced online training using Articulate Storyline, Rise, or similar tools.
• Experience applying instructional design and adult learning principles to online learning.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging, learner-centered experiences.
• Experience developing interactive learning activities and assessments for online delivery.
• Familiarity with accessibility principles and accessible learning products.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to collaborate with SMEs and project teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop self-paced online training using Articulate Storyline, Rise, and similar tools.
• Translate curriculum materials into effective online learning experiences.
• Create course interactions, scenarios, and assessments that engage learners.
• Apply instructional design and adult learning principles throughout development.
• Incorporate multimedia elements (graphics, audio, video) as appropriate.
• Revise courses based on feedback from stakeholders and reviewers.
• Test course functionality and ensure accessibility and LMS publishing.
