- Experience developing self-paced online training using Articulate Storyline/Rise.
- Ability to translate content into engaging, accessible online learning.
- Familiarity with accessibility principles and LMS/SCORM delivery.
Responsibilities
- Develop self-paced CBT using Articulate Storyline, Rise, or similar tools.
- Translate curriculum materials into online learning experiences.
- Create course interactions, assessments, and activities.
- Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
- Incorporate multimedia elements into courses.
- Revise courses based on feedback from stakeholders.
- Publish courses via LMS and ensure accessibility and quality.
- Collaborate with SMEs and project teams.
