Qualifications

• Experience developing self-paced online training or computer-based training using Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, or similar eLearning authoring tools.
• Experience applying instructional design and adult learning principles to online learning.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging, and learner-centered instructional experiences.
• Experience developing interactive learning activities, assessments, scenarios, or other online instructional elements.
• Familiarity with accessibility principles and the development of accessible online learning products.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with subject-matter experts and project teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop interactive computer-based training using Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, and similar eLearning development tools.
• Translate existing curriculum materials, scripts, and content into online learning experiences.
• Create course interactions, scenarios, knowledge checks, assessments, and activities.
• Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theory to online training.
• Incorporate multimedia elements into learning products.
• Revise courses based on feedback from stakeholders and reviewers.
• Test course functionality and ensure quality, accessibility, and usability standards.
• Publish online courses for delivery through learning management systems.
