The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine, Inc. (HJF) seeks a Part-Time Educator I (Assistant Professor) to teach graduate courses and advise Master and PhD learners.

The role includes coordinating two GPS seminars, delivering lectures, and preparing manuscripts for publication. It is based in Bethesda, MD, with additional teaching duties as assigned. Required: Doctoral degree in a health-related field and 3–5 years of graduate teaching experience; strong English

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in a health-related field is required.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience teaching at graduate level.
• Strong background in healthcare policy and administration.
• Experience advising Master and PhD students.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both spoken and written.

Responsabilités

• Teach graduate courses and coordinate GPS courses for DNP students.
• Provide academic advising for Masters and PhD learners.
• Prepare manuscripts and develop conference presentations.
• Submit instructional materials at least 14 days prior to delivery.
• Ensure substitutions are pre-approved by Course Directors in writing.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
