lululemon in Hingham, MA is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences, share high-quality product education, and authentically communicate our community and culture.

Educators engage with guests, perform product education, and support store operations to create a seamless shopping journey. The role requires flexibility for a retail schedule, strong guest focus, and collaboration with team members.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have proof of the Right to Work and evidence relating to local requirements (EMEA only).
• Must be able to travel to assigned store with own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience in a timely manner.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating value and benefits of products.
• Facilitate seamless end-to-end guest experience with accurate transactions and omnichannel programs.
• Move on the floor to engage with guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and collaborate with leadership to make it right.
